What's the difference between and "adjusted" versus an "unadjusted" movement. I see some Hamilton movements that are engraved "adjusted" on the train, while others say "unadjusted".Also, in a possibly related question, can a movement that is running slow or fast be adjusted by moving the regulator that is part of most manual wind watch movements? Or is this better left to the watch doctor?........
