my 60th birthday present to myself

I've wanted one for a while. In fact when I bought a new omega a year ago I nearly bought one but I needed an everyday watch for work and I'm afraid omega have always been my choice for that, I never take them off.However I'd always had datejusts which multi task nicely, but now I have a sub as I can see the hands without my reading glasses. I think the chunkyness of the sub has kept me wanting something rather more elegant and almost a year to the day after buying the sub I bought this.Funnily ........

The watch band threads through metal loops on either side of the watch, which makes it uncomfortable to wear for very long. The band is also too long for someone with a er wrist.

I have ownes a concord for 2 years without a blem. When looking for a watch for my wife it was my first chioce. She has loved it in the month since we purchased it. It is a beautiful timepiece.
