Well, actually, I love the watch in question - and that's the problem.I have just walked past a Longines AD at lunchtime today and they have 40% (yes, you read it correctly) off a Grand Vitesse on SS bracelet - just like Wombat's.I know I have posted before that I want to hold out for a TAG Carrera instead, but I just can't see ever finding the TAG at that kind of price.And speaking of price - we're talking $2370NZD, which is $1679USD, or $1829Australian.But if I get this now, I'll have nothing ........

I discovered this forum while seeking details on a new watch I'm considing. A "Breitling Colt Quartz" (B74) with stainless bracelet. Currently own a "TAG" chrono that's a daily user and I love it. The Breitling is larger; 41mm vs 38mm, and heavier. I like the face and style, but have no experience with any Breitling watches regarding durability and accuracy.
