I was just finishing sorting out watches to take to the antique show tomorrow, and I stumbled across this old Seiko......now I have seen quartz watches with 1 jewel or 6 jewels , but I have never seen a watch that says Quartz quite plainly on the dial, and then right above the 6, it also says 17 jewels......It wasn't running when I picked it up, I was going to see about putting a battery in it, ( I had not yet seen the 17 jewels label...) and I unscrewed the thin ring on the back, and there was ........

Hey guysFinally got back home. (haha..what a great difference in weather). Was a fantastic trip overall. I couldnt enjoy it any better. the air is fresh and crisp, and the people, amazingly friendly and nice. haha...travelling alone is really serene and wonderful, though can get lonely at times. hahabut overall, to swtizerland, I will be back!!! Some pictures at Baselworld. Sorry for the lack of focus/clarity, obviously, I am not that good at it. maybe because I am short and kept taking heads. ........
