Dilemma - need advice as to watch purchase for female friend

Ok, so I have this friend who is very special and I want to get her a nice watch for Xmas. I'm doing this secretly so i can't ask too many questions but over time I've gotten some info that may or may not be helpful. She doesn't like omega - (go figure?). She also has a tiny wrist and doesn't like the new crop of "big" female watches - so something in the 22-25mm wide range would be good. Other than that we are good. My budget is $3000. I'd like to get her a timeless design - a watch tha........
