Help with identifying date of manufacture.

I recently purchased this on ebay, the seller listed this as being given to him in 1976 for a wedding, I am trying to confirm the date of manufacture as well movement caliber and jewel count.On the back of the watch it has HTC 5424 as well 9060 BCOn the box sleeve it is marked CHR-MATIC HT 11TT/BKHO 221 AUTOMATIC 994826E I am guessing it has the Valjeux 7750Can anyone confirm the date of manufacture on this for me?Have included a link to the photo's.Hamilton Chronograph pictures by watchmakerski........
