GMTII-C - loving it
I've had my GMTII-C for a few weeks now - I think omega has created a winner here. The new innovations: ceramic bezel, improved clasp; easy expansion on the clasp; solid links; slightly larger 40mm - sweet spot for me; spring composition making it impervious to magnetism etc; did I mention the bracelet and clasp :) - Accuracy up with the best (of course )One class watch ........
Alpha Radiomir, short review with pics
First impressions are of quite a big watch, it measures 45mm w/out crown, but the dial looks enormous. No date or second hand to spoil it's simplicity, and I doubt if you will find an easier to read watch. The watch has a screw-down crown with hand-winding and hacking feature. Obviously hacking is a bit irrelevant without a second hand. Crown screws down OK but does feel a little on the "gritty" side.
