Some really n00b questions about mechanical watch movements

Ok, so I have been posting a lot in specific forums about different types of watches, but I have a simple question.One of things I like better about a mechanical watch over a quartz watch is the way the second hand sweeps across the dial instead of ticking the way a quartz watch does.But I am curious, what makes the sweep more smooth? Is is the beats? The number of jewels?omega's supposedly have a perfectly smooth sweep. Are there any lower priced watches that do this too?........

I know,just another story from me..but take a look please...

I found another Breitling in a city a bit far from me....the guy wants 200 Euros and my Tissot PRS 200.It is Breitling Chronomat..I don`t know which exactly this Chronomat is, so I need help for this as well.Please take a lot...Dennis or Scott or anyone else maybe can determine whether this is fake or genuine.Here are 2 pics from the site shoot by owner of the watch....Tell me your opinion.........

It's larger then I thought could pass as a man's watch but that's exactly what I wanted and then some it's beautiful!! Rose gold doesn't work for everyone... But it works for me:)

hey, the watch is really cool, its pretty on my arm, but not gangsta .the day/date is pretty hard to figure out, but if u need help im up for the task.its a really nice watch for its price... ill recommend it for sure.
