Most Accurate: Submariner or Seamaster?

I'm finally ready to invest in a quality "diver's" style watch and I'm torn between the Omega Seamaster and the omega Submariner. I will appreciate hearing from anyone who has experience with both watches regarding accuracy. I'm almost "quartz anal" about a watch being accurate but I also want a mechanical marvel on my wrist, so I'm looking for the most accurate between the omega and Omega. Whichever one I buy will be in stainless steel. Thanks in advance for your help.........
