New member here with a request for some info. I purchased a Sandoz (Hong Kong) "Explorer" type watch for my wife. I got it on the net and it came with paperwork and a warranty booklet (unsigned and undated). Anyhow, the sapphire crystal spontaneously cracked in several places, without benefit of a blow or drop.
