IWC Vintage, Really good!

I love the watch with the black band; however, I cannot figure out how to change the band colors! The watch is stunning with the black band and all the crystals on the face of the watch but I would like to know how to change the band.

I bought the watch as a gift for my teenage daughter. It is a good size for her petite wrist, but would work on my average size wrist as well. The band looks great, and hopefully will hold up to normal wear and tear.
