I was just finishing sorting out watches to take to the antique show tomorrow, and I stumbled across this old Seiko......now I have seen quartz watches with 1 jewel or 6 jewels , but I have never seen a watch that says Quartz quite plainly on the dial, and then right above the 6, it also says 17 jewels......It wasn't running when I picked it up, I was going to see about putting a battery in it, ( I had not yet seen the 17 jewels label...) and I unscrewed the thin ring on the back, and there was ........
