Hi all,I haven't posted here for ages, so it's nice that I do so with good news. I have been hunting for a solid gold Connie for a long time. I like Connies because they often don't have Tritium paint which I don't like when it turns brown. Some do, but not my taste. I also wanted a 56x series movement.I found one and got it today. It has black onyx type marking and is fantastic condition. I'll put a pic up over the w/e. I've been looking for nearly 2 years, so chuffed to bits.It is weird being........

I don't see enough threads about the things that people DO with their watches other than look at them. There's an occasional mention of wearing one to work, but rarely do we see them in the wild having fun.I used my Blue JDM Riseman to let me know that my friend and I completed the Everest Challenge - Ski/Ride the height of Mt.
