Mt Vernon rotor problem?

My watch was serviced last year but now the rotor seems to stick when it is face up. When it is face down, the rotor doesn't move at all. Does anyone have any advice about how I can solve this problem? Has anyone had the same issues with their Mt. Vernon 7750?........

AP Price increase

Today I stopped by to order an AP RO 15300 at my AD.He showed me a letter from AP indicating a price increase as of January 1stthe price is going up by $1,000 USD on this particular model.It also talked about a revised dealer margin scheme, of course I couldn't read that part...So, buyers beware, if you're in the market for one grab it now!........
