It was passed down. The original gold filled case just wore out and thru to the base metal. So what to do??? Everyone told me it would not fit. I tried it and it did. Hamilton GE Savitar II Electric Watch - Strap or bracelet?

I currently own a Hamilton GE Savitar II electric watch. I am wondering what the original strap or band was for this version of the Savitar II. In Rene Rondeau's most recent edition of his book, on page 196, there is a picture of this watch with a brown leather or lizard strap. However, I'm wondering if it could have come with the original gold tone Savitar II bracelet. Appreciate all of your feedback on this one. Received as a gift after trying several other ducts first. The best by far! I use it as a casual watch as well as while traveling, jet skiing or motorcycling.

Jaeger LeCoultre 7068420, Really good!

I ordered this watch in goldtone, and it's very pretty. At a glance, the large numerals resemble a geometric design against a silver backdrop. Highly polished and sure to please!
