rubber blues
recently i acquired an early 18mm omega rubber deployant. it's the butterfly type which has friction latches. it came on rather thin black rubber pieces which have a grey line painted length-wise on.in my naivety, i thought i'd just get an after-market navy blue flat rubber deployant and swap the rubber pieces over. but having searched fairly extensively, i cant find anything in navy blue, or in fact any sort of blue, that's flat. tyre tread, F-1, etc, etc, but nothing flat. it seems the on........
