Problem with Master Collection Moonphase Chronograph

I got a Master Collection Moonphase Chronograph (L2.673.4.78.3) two days ago. I love how it looks, really ellegant.The problem is that after using the chronograph function a couple times, the seconds hand won't go back to zero (12 o'clock). After trying if it worked after a few more tries, all it happened is that the "new zero" keeps on moving forward clockwise (chronograph now resets almost at 1 o'clock). Can anyone help me? I just hope I don't have to take it for a service after two days of us........

This watch is very attractive and feels great on the wrist, not heavy at all. The only negative is that the face of the watch is reflective and sometimes makes it a little difficult to read. I am very impressed with the quality.
