Hi folks, I'm hoping for a little assistance from you regarding the watch pictured here. As you can see it's a Waltham. It belonged to my grandfather, to whom it was presented on April 10, 1917 (according to the inscription).The back unscrews from the case. The crown is loose - doesn't move the hands or wind the mainspring. Not sure if the case is sterling silver. Maybe the back is gold plated?
