I emailed customer service at Swiss Legend because I have some fogging under the crystal of my Portofino. Within 2 hours I received a personalized return email with instructions to return my watch. This is an elegant ladies watch. Nothing fancy, but yet a beautiful time piece. I don't think this would be for younger girls, because my daughter said she liked watches that were chunky looking.
