Took the PLUNGE
I too have now joined the ranks of SMP owners. I just purchased the 2252.50. I choose it because the 2254.50 looked HUGE on my wrist. I'm expecting delivery any day. My jeweler told me that between the time I was quoted a price and the time the watch was ordered there was a price increase. The wouldn't tell how much it increased and did not pass the increase on to me. Does any know how much the Omega increase was? Also I read where the 2008 version of said watch may have upgraded works. ........
Seiko Spirit reviews/comparisons?
I'm thinking about buying a Seiko Spirit, and though I've heard nothing but great things about it, I'd like to know a little more before I spend the cash. Does anyone know of any good reviews of the Seiko Spirit? Specifically, I'm looking to see how it compares with other watches in the price range ($350). From what I've seen so far, the Seiko Spirit is the best quality watch for that price (other watches go $400+), but I'd like to be sure.
