Modern omega Sales in the dumps??

I have just sold two vintage watches and have one (YM) FS. The vintage sold w/o much problems but the modern one just is not selling.I placed it on eBay and the high bid was $4660.00. I have a new LumTec M17 and much to my dismay, during some early christmas festivities, I managed to knock the watch a couple of times and now there are a couple of small scratches that are annoying me greatly.So my question is, does anyone have any tips on how to touch up PVD on watches?........
