just bought my first watch ever, but im a noob!

im 24, just bought my first watch ever, a wittnauer 10b10i saw it and i had to have it. i am trying to set it up but the little booklet that comes with it is pretty much no help. i think i set the day and timecould someone take a look at the watch and tell me what the little chronograph things are and how to set / use them?yeah when i say im a noob, i mean it haha.........
