Newbie first post - repair question

I've had a Seamaster Chronometer that's about 5 years old. Really, ever since I got it it's lost about a minute a week, about five minutes a month. I love the watch and wear it almost daily, but it's starting to drive me crazy that a Timex is more accurate.Considering its age, is it time to get it to a pro to have it "maintained"? Should I get it repaired? Where do I go, how much should I expect to pay, and how long would it probably take?I just discovered this site, I'll probably post a pic........

This watch was beautiful, however, the second day that I wore it, the diamond/sapphire piece fell off as well as the glass. Never could find it. You could see that piece was glued.

Maurice Lacroix MI1018-SS002-130, Really good!

This watch is so gorgeous in person. I get compliments almost every time I wear it. It really looks so much prettier when you have it in your hand. The price is right and hasn't gotten all scratched up, even when I wear it to work (where it can get pretty beat up). This is a pretty watch at a nice price. I recommend it highly.
