I'm coming to the end of my Hamilton SOTC. I know I am weak on anything post-WWII, so there is room for growth. I especially am interested in putting my toe in Hamilton Electric waters (is that a deadly pun?)...Anyway, here are my last two installments. The first is a ca. 1927 Oval with plain bezel in ggf. Swiss made, Holmar Automatic, probably (maybe) from around the 1940 or '50'sHolmar_e.jpgIt belonged to my Great Aunt who passed away many years ago.Single jewel so probably nothing spectacular but a pretty little watch.I'm thinking about cleaning it up and giving it to my wife.Needs a clean and lube and a band.I've searched all over the 'net and checked the reference books at the library but can't find any information at all about this company.........
