power reserve problem
hi, i just bought a new 5712GR. Problem is the power reserve doesn't seem to be working. Before I wear it, I wind it 10x then adjust the time. However, after wearing it in the office I notice that the power reserve indicator is not increasing. Thus, when i remove the watch at night it stops after 4 hours. Is the gold half circle shaped w/ patek logo at the back suppose to be loosely rotating? Mine is fixed in position........
