Problem with my new Boulton

I have not had my Boulton one week and I already have a problem with it. I decided to post this in an effort to make the best of a bad situation. I will take the time to document the problem and my efforts to a solution. Hopefully all will work out well but at least all of you will know how a certain vendor deals with this.If I recall correctly, I am allowed to say where I purchased a watch as long as I am not posting links, etc., when it is not a sponsor.
