Does anyone know anything about this pocket type watch I have acquired.I am unsure as to how to get the inside back open to see the movement, i'm afraid of damaging so will try and get a watchmaker to open for me.Seems to be silver.Omega on the dial.Base of neck of stem has the number 792Case is numbered 4184792Inside case is engraved "omega with a stamping that looks like a group of coins in graduated sizes, Grand Prix Paris 1900"I am attaching photos taken with my iphone.Any information would ........
