Removing spring bar on 2254

As the title says, i need some help at removing those spring bars from my 2254. I tried it now for more than 90(!) minutes, but with no succes. I post some pics where i don't know what to do anymore.Pulled out the spring bar at one side......but can't pull out the right side. This is where i'm stuck, what should i do now?PS My fingers start to hurt. PPS Whoops! Too big pics added. Gonna upload the 800x600.PPPS Fixed!........

Does anyone know where to find NOS American wristwatch movements anymore?

I have tres to find these but they seem to be hard to find in quantity. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance........
