A question about the servicing of the vintage Longines
Hi to all,This 1948 longines has never been serviced for more than 50 years (some members of TZ sugested that the dial is refinished). I intend to send it to a Longines Switzerland for the service, since i figure they're the best in the field. Armitron Automatics?
I just ordered an Armitron automatic with the "Precise Chinese Caliber TY28075V Movement" in it, has anybody heard anything about this movement? I know that it could very well be a non-descript chinese movement, but the same generic chinese movements do pretty well in Alphas, right? It looks like it's decorated nicely too, so at least it has that.........
