My first vintage Benrus

I just picked up a vintage Benrus. Don't know anything about this watch but it looks nice and it will be my first project watch. It was 25 bucks so I can afford the lesson with this one. I really wanted to buy another Hammy but I'm not willing to take a lesson for any more than the 25.00.Anyone know anything about this model? I found it interesting that the case back shows "Benrus" different than all the other ones I've seen.According to the swamp posting the watch runs and keeps good time.Thank........

Best deal for the money that I can think of. I constantly get asked if it is real. It's nice and heavy. has 21 jewel movement (which is excellent and wasn't even mentioned). The only negative is that the gold plating doesn't go all the way around the links, just 50%. Kind of cheap in that sense.
