I bought it because I'm a swimmer and it's water resistant. It is impossible to figure out the directions. The alarm goes off when it wants. You can not see it in the water.

Great beach/swim/boating watch! The only complaint my husband has it that the rubber band can get irritating when wet. He has to take it off and dry it when he gets out of the water. Which is the be expected I guess. Looks great!
