Good evening sirs and ladies, I am thinking of purchasing a 2nd hand watch that is two toned, but the tone/gold accent is very much faded, is it a good idea to have the gold tone/accent buffed out by my watchmaker to make it more presentable, I believe it also has a rotating solid steel bezel with painted numbers, what kind of paint do they usually use on these?........
