resizing the bracelet, scared I will screw it up, any tips

I had a link taken out of my omegaes 5 years ago at the BH RSC. I now want to add the link back on the watches. I have a SD screwdriver, but I am so paranoid I am going to screw this up. I heard the screws are in there really tight and I just don't know how tight? What to do about the locktight?Thanks for any tips. Perhaps I should just loose the weight I gained ........

Incoming !......another 1965 watch landed.

This nice 14K Hamilton Thin-O-Matic was just dropped off at my office only a few minutes ago. Sorry for the off white balance pictures. I was using my friend's camera and could not hit the WB settings to save my life ;)The watch is actually in a better shape than these pictures show. I am very happy to add this piece into my 'birth year 1965 collection' that now includes Omega Speedie, Breitling Navitimer & Bulova.I think that after good service and new alligator this one will be in a tip-to........
