My new Seiko!

Bought it today after loads of research, so far I love it! I changed out the band as there was too much slack from my not so large wrists. The band I had from a former Bulova. I think it suits it well, for now anywaysCouple questions though:Can I go for runs wearing an automatic Seiko? Could it bother the movement?Is the lens scratch proof? Here are some pics!........

I returned the watch because I could not see the humming bird on the watch face it was hard to tell what it was. I love humming birds and I wanted something that would have a picture of one on it. That was not this watch.
