M and Z serial numbers showing up at my AD

My AD ordered new stock for a second store they opened up. He said they were receiving M and Z serial numbers along with V. A friend in Vegas told me they are seeing ADs working discounts right out in the open. He also mentioned stock was dripping from the shelves.I believe omega is taking stock back in and redistributing it to smaller dealers as new. Technically it is new - but I think this is interesting.........

What do you think about this watch? My only problem is the Tachymetre chapter ring is prelying away from the dial. What your thoughts on this and can it be fixed.A better look how much damage it really has.........

I was so excited to order this watch but was very disapointed after I saw it. Is lacking shin and sparkle and the clip is not good either. It falls off and I am worried to lose it.
