scratched face on PO

I some how managed to scratch my omega po, when looking at the watch face it looks like a smudge/shadow but on close inspection these are tiny scratch marks as if a have scuffed it i can't remember how i done this as i was at a wedding yesterday and stupidly drank to much alcohol,you can't feel these mark with my finger is there anyway i can try and remove these myself if that fails can something be done at the AD and if i have to replace the crystal how much do u guys think this would cost.Abso........

Pictures speak a thousand words, so here's 4,000 worth:Couldn't resist a chronometer rated Longines, especially one of the Ultra-Chron series with a caliber I didn't own yet. I wish the caseback logo was crisper, but that's a small inconvenience when compared against the uncommonness of this watch.........

Nice dial and face, but band is tight and pinchy. Had to do some filing on the edges to make it comfortable enough to keep, and will only use it as an everyday-around-the-house-chore watch.
