Problems with IWC service centre
I need to share my anger and frustration about buying my dream watch. IWC portuguese yacht club. Beautiful to look at and wear,in the limited time we have had together. I bought this watch new from an independent watch dealer with a long established good reputation,this is nothing about them. One condition of buying the watch was that the slightly off centre red sweep second hand be realigned. I can only assume it left the factory like this. Not a good start. Two weeks approx after receiving wat........
