GMT II Easylink?? how many links?

I picked up my new SS GMT II this morning, Tried it on at the AD fitted nicely, then took it home boxed up. I have just put it on and find that it is tight?? I notice that the easy link is also already extended.How many links should the bracelet have?I have several omega watches 78 GMT, 93 TT Oyster perpetual, 88 18ct Datejust on jubilee concealed clasp and did not have any problems with them, still don't. Are omega penny pinching on strap length?I have 8 1/4 inch wrist I can't believe I am alon........

Saw these on the shopping channel last night (TIVOd). They had some nice looking pieces at "too good to be true" prices. Swiss Rondo movements, real saphire crystals, Swiss chrono. Most "retailed" for between $450 and $600, from what I remember, and were selling for less than $200. Anybody familiar with this brand?........
