Wear your watch to bed?
Do any of you wear your watch to bed? Not sure where I picked it up from, other than to easily see what time it is in the middle of the night, but I've always worn my watch to bed. This "habit" is pretty much the reason luminosity is important to me. I don't like LED bedside clocks! A wind up Big Ben or the like is OK.
