I picked this watch up over the weekend from a local seller and I can't be more pleased with it! I was unlucky and missed the boat earlier this year when these originally went on sale and I've been hunting for one ever since.This is a special edition (1 of 70 produced) from Stowa with "Made in Germany" printed on the dial, the ETA 2801 movement, and black-framed hands. What really attracted me to this particular Stowa flieger was the manual wind movement, something not normally offered in regula........
my automatic wont stay winding
if you read my last post about my second hand falling off on my lucien piccard then you'll love this. I recieved my replacement watch FINALLY, and now it won't stay running. I've had it on my wrist for quite some time now and have set the time and re-set the time and re-set the time, only to have it go for about a minute then the automatic gear just stops!! Is it junk or am I missing something?? The manual didn't say i had to wind it, so what am I missing here!!?? its a lucien piccard 26560ss........
