How likely is this?

I recently sold a Vintage TT Datejust 1601. The buyer calls me yesterday and tells me the bracelet is a poor 10 kt after market with real correct end pieces and a correct real omega clasp on it. He said his "watch guy" determined this with a hand held laser. I was mortified, and if true will make good on it. How likely is it that someone would go to all the trouble of putting legit end pieces and a real clasp on a cheap bracelet? I told him that I wanted to see it in writing from an AD or omega ........

Looking for a not-so-expensive dress/office watch

Hi, I am new here so I have some really stupid questions. I have been lurking for a while and finally decided to join. I received this watch and fell in love with it. I wore it twice and the gunmetal color has already started to wear off. I thought it was more than just a coating but unfortunately this has to go back.

I received this watch as a new year gift. It's very excited to get it.
This watch was in very good condition when I received it, and it's very light considering its size. The sensors and other functions work very well, except "multi-band atomic automatic time adjustment". (May be it's because of the radio signal in Canada is not very good. )
Anyway, it's a good watch! The saler is highly recommended to every one.
