Sound when Shaking

Hi All,I have Hamilton Viewmatic which i bought about three months ago.Recently, I realized that when I shake the watch, I can hear a little ticking sound. Since it is an automatic, I'm not sure if the sound is coming from the moment or it is indeed spoilt.This morning I had a bit of a problem winding it too. After winding, it does not start moving until I retried a few times.Any opinions?........
