Casio PAG80-1V case diameter?

I've seen this advertised in more than one place as having a 62mm case diameter, but one of these very same ads had a photo with measurements that showed just at or under 50mm. For a hiking watch with a compass I think I could handle 50-ish, but I don't know about 62. Anyone know the accurate measurement?Thanks!........
