It's New To Me
First post here I'm the proud owner of a new AT Cousteau that I've been coveting for a while. (3782-03). I got "surprised" with it over the weekend and thus didn't talk to the AD. In winding it etc...I have what could be the dumb question of the month....is the major second hand supposed to sweep (or even move) for "regular" time or is it only used for chrono functions? I'm guessing the small second hand in the interior dial is the only "second hand" that moves, which seems weird but maybe ........
