How to remove the strap of a Seiko SKX007J

I have recently received one of these watches as a Christmas present and really love it but I would like to try my Zulu band on it and can not figure out how to remove the spring bars on the watch and I have a small screwdriver and after seeing the spring bars "naked" and can not see how you take them off they do not have the little "rings" or something for the screwdriver to catch on.........

Citizen Watch - Service from Zappos was excellent. The appearance of watch is great. This model is a little uncomfortable due to wrist strap. I have experienced a little trouble with the watch keeping the accurate date.

Panerai PAM 74, Really good!

This watch is for the most part, lovely in person. It is a bit more delicate than it appears on the website. The faux diamonds around the dial & on the band look beautiful.
