Ebay auction on now; item# 130511667351 is a Richmond. Everything looks right except all the hands are wrong (the minute hand also appears Rhodium plated) as well as the movement. It's a 982 Medallion serial# M20502 circa 1942 which does corroborate with the inscription on the back. The movement should correctly be a 982 serial# J prefix, as this model was only made through 1940.
