There's a newer Breitling that has the same layout & bezel of the early 70's Chronomats. Just like the caliber 11 & 12's, the pushers are on the right but the crown is on the left. It looked to be 42 mm or less as well. The watch head had a retail of about $4300 and the black strap with deployant was $720. It was really sharp! Anyone know the reference number off hand?........
