I have started thinking about watches for my son (who is only 6 and either wearing no watch or Ben 10 watches etc). Panerai Panerai 18496, Really good!

It is a pretty watch; my fiance bought it for me as my christmas gift! I thought however, the face was more blue, matching the advertising photos. The diamonds are tiny, tiny. I agree with other reviewers it makes the watch look cheap but from a price tag of $3000it is anywhere but a cheap watch. I like the see-through back but can only watch it while i'm not wearing it! I also thought it was a larger watch than what it actually is.
