Redial Question

I just bought a late 60's Constellation SN 25xxxxxx. SS 168.010. Watch had a spot on the dial, which really was much less noticeable than the photo. So far so good. Upon closer examination. The spot appeared to be from glue due to a botched repair of the 12 O'clock hash mark. Looked more like a blacksmith repair than a watch repair. Otherwise this was a nice origonal dial. This plus an undisclosed case issue are leading me to return the watch. As this is a nice running 564 cal. Neither the spot........
