Xemex Model Question

Does anyone have an image of a Xemex Avenue with small seconds and big date at 12? I can find big date at 3 with center seconds, and I can find a couple of small seconds models, but I can't find a photo that shows both.........

Patek Philippe 4910-10A-011, Really good!

Just received this watch today and have fallen in love. It is not only beautiful but very comfortable. It has a lot of matrix in it, which I usually do not like, but it suits this style well. This is a keeper.
